Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we may not be able to make changes once your order has been placed.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery timeframes:
Australia Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Australia Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected countries.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Asara Intimates is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage in transit.

If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@asara.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we will assess the issue in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Asara Intimates is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.
